We had such a fabulous day out on the Chiltern trails in January - in spite of the near zero C conditions - we thought it would be wrong not to have another mid-summer blast!
The trail conditions are sweet and the wild scenery is looking positively stunning.
We're returning to Chiltern Velo - where we are assured of a very warm welcome, great coffee and tasty cakes n eats.
The ride pace will be a sociable one of about 30miles/50km. You will be tempted to stop en-route to admire the stunning scenery of Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Aim to get to the café around 08:30 on Saturday 18 June.
After a chat and a cuppa, roll out any time between 9:00 and 09:30.
Getting there (here)
Start & finish @ Chiltern Velo Café, Hawridge Ln, Hawridge, Chesham HP5 2UQ.
Nearest train stations - Chesham on LU Met Line 3.8 miles, Berkhamsted 4 miles.
Parking is very limited so we're hoping as many of you as possible will ride/take the train.
If you have to drive - please either park in the lay-bye opposite the café or if this is full - please park in one of the lay-byes 1/2 mile up the road in Cholesbury. (please don't park in café car park)
